1. Who we are
PMB Informatics (“we”, “us”) is a software and digital services company based at 13-6-463/A/19, Opp: Ashok Vihar Park, Vishweshwara Nagar, Talla Gadda, Karwan, Hyderabad, Telangana 500006, India. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy, as defined in India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
2. Data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the website securely:
- Enquiry forms (Start Project and Contact forms): your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Technical data: the IP address and time of your enquiry (saved with it to help prevent spam and abuse), and standard web server logs such as browser type and pages requested.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: if you contact us this way, we receive the details you share, such as your number and messages.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as financial, health or identity documents through this website. Please do not include such information in your message.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare quotations, proposals and project communication.
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
- To meet legal obligations, where applicable.
We process your enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
5. Storage, security & retention
Enquiries are stored on our web server in a location that is blocked from public access, and only authorised PMB Informatics staff can view them. We use reasonable security safeguards to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting project, and then delete it, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Third-party services on this website
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when the fonts are downloaded.
- Links to other websites: our portfolio and social links open external websites (for example our clients’ sites, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Maps). Their own privacy policies apply.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- have your grievances addressed by us; and
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
